Shuri New Powers?

in Wakanda forever, we see that shuri used namors mothers bracelet to recreate the heart shaped herb. she takes it and becomes the new black panther. my question is if the blue flower that she used gave the talon people the ability to just breath underwater, then will it alter her in some way As well? its not 100 percent the original heart shaped herb from before. I'm just curious?

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
