How important is Eternals?

I’m new to marvel and I’ve currently been watching everything in chronological order. I’ve been told I can skip It if I like but wanted to get some more opinions.

Would Wandavision have been improved by removing Agatha?

To me, Agatha's presence introduced many problems: The entire Darkhold book which was both yet another Magical McGuffin and caused lots of issues eventually in Multiverse of Madness. Beyond being more extra "lore", it also felt repetitive towards prior MCU works which always revolved around a special McGuffin. It resulted in a very standard big effects driven finale when something more intimate and grounded would have been befitted the show and it's subject matter. Morality wise, it just kinda complicated things. Yeah, you could say it added more complexity but the show's story about the lengths people go to when they're grieving and the moral lines that can be crossed is sorta muddled when you have this twist villain character who poses a genuine threat and has even been doing certain bad things all the time. Why is this so hard

Does anyone have a list or know a website of every released MCU or MCU related product in release order. It's surprisingly hard to find. Everything I search has "recommened watch order" or chronological watch order or it's just the movies or doesn't include things like agents of shield and the netflix shows. It's not listed in the FAQ for this subreddit. That has everything broken down by platform. I'm just looking for a single list with everything by release date.
