With CinemaCon out of the way and the exciting footage Marvel Studios revealed from DP3 and Cap 4, we are now officially in the final stride towards SDCC (July 25th-28th) and D23 (August 9th-11th) where the studio will hopefully unveil the new and updated slates of Phases 5 and 6 after all the delays an structural changed at the company and in Hollywood as a whole, which have taken place since their last SDCC/D23 appearances in 2022.

So, let's take a look at what Marvel Studios currently has in development and when it's supposed or expected to come out:

Deadpool and Wolverine

Eyes of Wakanda, Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man & What if...? Season 3

Head of Marvel TV, Animation and Streaming Brad Winderbaum revealed that both of these shows will be released in 2024 during the What if...? Season 2 premiere back in December. Exact dates haven't been given, although YFNSM had been slated for November 2024 in a copyright filing made by Marvel Studios last September. Rumours suggest that YNSFM has been pushed to next year, possibly to make way for What if...? Season 3, which has already received some marketing. On top of that, the director of the series revealed that at some point, What if...? Season 3 was supposed to release in late 2024, although he is not sure if that's still the case with all the date reshuffling at Marvel Studios. All 3 shows have been in development since 2021/2022, so they will most definitely all be out by 2025 at most.
I personally believe we will see Eyes of Wakanda in Summer 2024 (it's only 4 episodes, so all eps will drop at once), What if...? Season 3 in the Holiday Season of 2024 and YFNSM in Summer 2025

Daredevil: Born Again Season 1

According to a copyright filling, it is slated for a January 2025 release date.

Captain America: Brave New World

Heavy reshoots to start in late May in Atlanta which will reportedly last until August (according to DanielRPK)

Will most likely release in Halloween 2025 since Halloween 2024 will be occupied by Agatha

Spider-Man 4

In Pre-Production. Script has been in the works for over a year now and is currently being finalised. Studios are supposedly currently looking for a director with a shortlist already having been created.
Sony reportedly (according to DanielRPK and CWGST) wants the movie to release in 2025, which is why they booked the June 27th date last year, while Marvel Studios wants them to take their time and release it in 2026. Filming is reportedly (according to Jeff Sneider) starting this Fall, so Sony is probably getting their way.
The movie will likely take Blade's spot and release in November 7th 2025 in order to not compete with Avatar 3 in December.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2

In Pre-Production. Script outlines for all 18 episodes (9 for S1 + 9 for S2) had been created by the previous showrunners, but it's unclear whether they will still be used or if Dario Scardapane will make a completely different Season 2 than what was being planned; or if it will be something in-between. The previous showrunners will however remain as exec producers for both seasons, not just season 1 which they had heavily worked on already.
Filming reportedly starts in November 2024 in NYC
Original reports from before the overhaul wanted Marvel Studios to release Seasons 1 and 2 with a 9-12 month gap, so a December 2025 release date with a weekly release that will lead the show well into 2026 is very possible.

Blade

In Pre-Production
After multiple delays and at least half a dozen different writers having worked on the project since its announcement in 2019, it seems the current writer-director duo are working on something which Marvel Studios and Mahershala Ali are liking, since the movie is still slated to start filming in late 2024 in the UK. Rumours and fan speculation of the film's delay to 2026 had been going on long before word got around that SM4 might steal its place, in order to give the filmmakers enough time to get it right this time.
Will most likely release on February 13th 2026

Wonder Man

In Post-Production
This show is very weird since it wasn't officially announced in any convention, but only through the trades. However, Marvel Studios execs (Brad Winderbaum and Stephen Broussard) have talked about it and we have seen behind the scenes photos. The show filmed alongside Born Again last year before the strikes started and then again completed filming during the first quarter of this year.
That said, it doesn't seem like it will be released before Spring/Summer 2026
Much like Ironheart coming out 3 whole years after it wrapped filming, Wonder Man is a result of Marvel Studios slowing down and spreading out their Disney+ releases, according to Brad Winderbaum

Armor Wars

In Pre-Production ^(Hell)
According to Production Weekly, it's supposed to start filming in early 2025
Will either release on May 1st or July 23rd 2026, depending on if they want to give the premium May slot to this movie or Shang-Chi 2

Shang-Chi 2

In Pre-Production. Destin Daniel Cretton dropped out of Avengers 5 to work on Wonder Man (which is now in post-production) and Shang-Chi 2.

Will either release on May 1st or July 23rd 2026, depending on if they want to give the premium May slot to this movie or Armor Wars

Vision Quest

In Pre-Production
Filming reportedly starts in Late 2024 (according to Production Weekly)
Will most likely release in Summer/Fall 2026, once again 2 whole years after filming

Young Avengers

REPORTEDLY in Pre-Production
Filming reportedly starts in 2025 (according to Production Weekly) with a 2026 release date (according to CWGST)
Will most likely release on November 6th 2026

X-Men '97 Season 2

In Production. Writing started in July 23rd and we can assume that all scripts had been turned in before Beau DeMayo's firing, so the second season most likely in the start of production at this moment or at least near the end of pre-production.
Will most likely release by Late 2026 and bleed into Early 2027

Dr. Strange 3

REPORTEDLY in Early Development
While no filming date has been reported by anybody, it's been rumoured for more than 1 year now that Marvel Studios has wanted to fast-track this movie and have it come out before Avengers 5 and 6 (even though it was originally not supposed back when they announced the 2 Avengers movies in SDCC 2022). The movie will reportedly adapt Time Runs Out and the Black Priests story and lead directly into Avengers 5.
Possible filming start in late 2026 and release on February 12th or 19th 2027

Avengers 5

In Pre-Production
While filming for both Avengers movies back-to-back had been set to start in late 2024, this seems like an unattainable dream considering there are no finished scripts, no director, no casting for the main villain (who will likely be shafted for a new main villain... who has also not been cast) etc. Plus, Spider-Man 4, Armor Wars, Shang-Chi 2, Young Avengers and Dr. Strange 3 reportedly NEED to come out before Avengers 5 in order to wrap up the other ongoing plot threads and lead into the story of Avengers 5.
Indeed, new reports from DanielRPK reveal that it has now been slated to start filming in late 2025.
Most likely release dates: April 30th or May 7th 2027

Eternals Animated Series Continuation

REPORTEDLY in Early Development
While Eternals 2 was reportedly given the red light (along with potential sequels for Ant-Man and Captain Marvel), their story is rumoured (by MTTSH) to continue elsewhere and their sequel reportedly got turned into another project. A synopsis for an animated Disney+ series revealed last Christmas by DanielRPK seems to be about the Eternals, meaning the continuation to their story could be in that form in a series.
This is said synopsis: "A clandestine group of ancient cosmic beings living undercover on Earth are trying to protect the world without being discovered by humans. They find themselves entangled in a cosmic battle that could reshape the fate of the universe." The casting call where this synopsis originates from also mentions a diverse group of leads and a big anime influence.
Will likely release in the Summer of 2027

X-Men

In Pre-Production
The MCU X-Men movie officially entered the very first stages of pre-production in October 2023, mere days after the end of the writers' strike, when Marvel Studios started accepting pitches for an MCU X-Men film. Reports then came from TheCosmicCircus that Marvel Studios now wants this X-Men film to release before Secret Wars in order to include them in what might be Marvel's biggest cinematic crossover event in history. A very recent report from Production Weekly seems to confirm this, since the word is that the film is currently scheduled to start shooting in Late 2025.
Most likely release date is July 27th 2027

Moon Knight Season 2

REPORTEDLY in Early Development
Second seasons for Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, She-Hulk and Moon Knight have been rumoured since 2022, but Tatiana Maslany recently revealed that She-Hulk S2 has received the red light from Disney due to the very high budget of the first season, while Iman Vellani revealed that Ms. Marvel S2 heavily depended on the numbers of The Marvels because of the low viewership of the first season. So it seems both of those shows are out for now. Hawkeye S2 with Kate Bishop is still possible, although it will probably happen after Secret Wars, but Moon Knight S2 has been constantly coming up in the rumour mill as something that is still being worked on. TheCosmicCircus actually confirmed that it is being planned to come out during the Multiverse Saga and set up Midnight Suns.

Midnight Suns

REPORTEDLY In Early Development
It's reportedly been in the "early talks" stages since 2022 (according to MTTSH), but a couple of months ago, it was reported by DanielRPK that it's officially moving forward with Stephen Broussard (exec of Werewolf by Night and others) overseeing it and Michael Giacchino being eyed to direct. I am guessing the cast of Werewolf by Night (WbN, Elsa, Man-Thing), Moon Knight (MK, Layla) and Blade (Blade and maybe Black Knight) will star as the titular group. TheCosmicCircus also said that Marvel Studios wants to release this during the Multiverse Saga in order to wrap up the "supernatural" arc of this saga before Secret Wars.
Will likely be released on November 5th 2027

What if...? Season 4

There are conflicting reports regarding What if...? with CWGST saying it will end with Season 3, while DanielRPK is saying there will be a 4th and final season where they will explore some ideas that they didn't have the time to do in Season 3.
IF it happens, it will likely release in the Holiday Season of 2027

Scarlet Witch

REPORTEDLY In Early Development
A Scarlet Witch movie has been rumoured as a long as a Children's Crusade adaptation has been. Both projects were mentioned as being in the "early talks" stages back in 2022 by MTTSH and since then CWGST, Charles Murphy and TheCosmicCircus have confirmed that, with CWGST explicitly stating that Marvel Studios is looking to release it either right before or right after Secret Wars (as a prelude or prologue). I believe it will be a prelude and will be the finale of the story arc that started in WandaVision and started this whole Saga in the first place.
Will most likely be released on February 18th 2028

Avengers 6

In Pre-Production
Will most likely film back-to-back with Avengers 5, so it will start in mid 2026, right after Avengers 5 wraps
Will most likely be released on April 29th or May 6th 2028, also coinciding with the week of the MCU's 20th birthday

Thor 5 and Black Panther 3 are also reportedly in the "early talks" stages according to DanielRPK and TheCosmicCircus, but they will most likely happen after the Multiverse Saga along with other projects reportedly in the "early talks" stages like series centering around MI13, Agents of Atlas, Daughters of Liberty, Punisher, Iron Fist and White Tiger, IF they ever come to fruition.

This is the CosmicCircus' article I keep mentioning in this post where extremely reliable insider/reporter Alex Perez breaks down what we should expect from the remainder of the Multiverse Saga in terms of projects, arcs and stories.

As more and more reports come out from reliable sources, the pieces are fitting together and it becomes more and more certain that these are the projects Marvel Studios will release in the next 4 years, on the road to Secret Wars.

It also seems the standard output they will settle on, in order to compromise between not rushing the Saga or erasing projects from its roadmap and a tighter quality control, will be 4 movies + 2-3 shows annually. Thankfully, the pipeline for the series has increased from 1-1.5 years from production start to release to an insane 2-3 years between production start to release which will help with spreading out releases and executing a tighter quality control, which is Disney's current plan according to Brad Winderbaum, as mentioned earlier.

Projects that have been canned seem to be Eternals 2, Ant-Man 4, Captain Marvel 3, Ms. Marvel Season 2, She-Hulk Season 2 as well as a long-rumoured Wiccan series which would have been the next WandaVision spin-off between VisionQuest and Young Avengers. My guess is that its story has been merged with VisionQuest and Young Avengers in order to not spread Jac Schaeffer thin and reduce "unnecessary" and "risky" projects.
