Why wouldn't the TVA go after Spider Man or Doctor Strange or The Avengers or Wanda Maximoff for messing with the timeline or the multiverse?

The Time Variance Authority or the TVA if they are so strict on the timelines or on the multiverse being sacred, then why wouldn't they arrest Peter Parker? Or Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff specifically because they all caused incursions in the space/time continuum I mean didn't they not? Multiverses colliding with each other or on top of each other?

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I know it’s unrealistic but I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
