I feel like rocket is not as smart as the gotg3 says he is

Now to point out i do think rocket is a Genius there is no doubt about it, but I think the harvesting rocket’s brain was just a excuse, because H.E (high evolutionary) was still mad that even though he “created” rocket he still figure out something that H.E couldn’t.

Like H.E is so obsessed with perfection and being better than everyone that just the thought of someone like rocket who he’s considered as his defective experiment, did one thing better than him, convinced himself that rocket might be smarter than him.
