Enough Fan Fears
I truly believe the fear of ruining a good thing is the biggest hurdle for fans to embrace the multiverse saga. *Not defending the entire saga just the multiverse projects & the fears of doing more.
“No stakes in death”
Thanos seemingly died in infinity war twice. In Endgame he died in the first act & his variant played the antagonist the remainder of the movie. Still held as the one of the greatest MCU movies & villain.
Gamora died in infinity war, her variant showed up in endgame & vol. 3, both films are considered top tier.
Vision died in infinity war & co-stared in the successful wandavision show.
Loki died in infinity war & his variant has arguably the best MCU series/ character arcs.

All of which were deemed good or at least entertaining.
And the most anticipated movie of the year is Deadpool 3.
These fears fans have are understandable but have gotten way out of hand. This is the multiverse saga. It would be a shame if it ended & we didn’t get enough good crossover stories with epic fights. This maybe the last time we get a multiverse saga in our lifetime, i say enjoy it!
I’d argue this saga should’ve started with Fox X-men, FF4, & other old franchises continuing their stories instead of 10 tv series of C level heroes. Not hating I love the newbies but they don’t move the needle as much.
Lastly, this is the comic genre not just an action genre. Embrace the difference between a comic book movie bringing someone back to life vs another franchise who’d break the rules of their universe (Hollywood is a copycat business so they will.) Yes would be weird and a turn off if Dom from fast and furious died & a witch doctor brought him back to life or a scientist unlocked Ethan Hunt’s variant from another universe.
Don’t let your own worries, the cares of influencers or criticism from movie fans of other genres dictate your excitement & expectations for the MCU cause so far the multiverse stories & characters reborn/ variants have been the best thing marvel has produced post endgame.
