If the events of Civil War didn't happen, would the Avengers united be poweful enough to take on Thanos?

I'm sure this has been asked before but what if say the Sokovia accords were never ratified and Zemo's plan failed, what would the state if the Avengers be in 2018 when Thanos finally decided to do it himself? Things to conisder:

What about heroes like Spider-man, Ant-man, Dr. Strange, Daredevil and other's who've been established since. Would they have eventually have joined the team in the three years since Age of Ultron where the Avengers would've allowed to be a team without any interruptions?

Would Black Panther or the Wakandans been involved at all?

Could the Guardians have found their way to Earth to help?

Would Thanos still have sent The black order to retrieve the stones in his stead?

Lastly, could the Avengers united defeat Thanos with 4 stones?
