What if should be a fleshed out series and not minorly connected single episodes that connect at the end
Hey,
I've been liking the first and second season so far. My main complaint is more or less, that it is all single episodes, sometimes not fleshed out, which feels like they put a lot of different things in a random generator, let it run and then use that for the episode. E.g. Characters, location, Weapons/Items, etc..
Instead, why don't you show more of an alternate timeline completly? For example (just from scratch, i'm sure you guys have better ideas), show us a timeline from start to finish, where Hulk/Banner never learned to controll himself, over the course of a Season of What if and show all the movies/teamups in different episodes, and what changed, instead of giving us 1 short episode for it.
This would make each What if season a "Full Set" within one continuity. I don't really care if a character dies in an episode, because in the next one he is alive and well. If you go by the approach of only showing one timeline, a death actually matters.
