Why are people excited about Fantastic Four buy consider Blade and Armour Wars dead on arrival?

All 3 of these movies were announced on the same presentation, they all don't have a cast, script, or director. In fact, Blade and Armour Wars have a sure lead actor, whereas we're still speculating about the 4 leads of F4. So why do people have higher hopes for Fantastic Four?

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I know it’s unrealistic but I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
