Loki's "Time-slipping" in the season 2 trailer is way more important than we think and makes Loki a more important than ever before. Let me Explain.

TLDR: After visiting the Citadel, Loki is able to slip through time without the use of a Tempad. Once he learns to control it, he will be a formidable adversary to Kang as the two fight through time and space

In the Loki Trailer, we see our titular hero uncontrollably slipping through time. Mobuis and Loki go to Ke Huy Quan's OB looking for a cure but are told that "timeslipping" should not be possible in the TVA. We have seen this in the first season that Magic and items such as the Infinity Stones do not work in the TVA, so what is happening with Loki?

Here's my take. Loki is no longer subject to the rules of time after visiting the citadel at the end of time. he has essentially become a tempad, able to jump between points without any external portals or devices. He obviously cannot control it at the moment, but if he can learn to harness this power, then he may become one of the most powerful characters in the MCU. Its yet to be seen but sylvie may have this power as well.

A time-traveling god fighting Kang throughout time sounds amazing.
