How to introduce the kids to the movies?

What is the best age to introduce my kids to the marvel movies so that they will appreciate it the most? Also, should I show them all at once or space it out over several months?

Does anyone have a list or know a website of every released MCU or MCU related product in release order. It's surprisingly hard to find. Everything I search has "recommened watch order" or chronological watch order or it's just the movies or doesn't include things like agents of shield and the netflix shows.
