Shouldn't Asgard have more people that look like the lore?

Wakanda is all traditionally looking African people. In Black Panther 2 Namour's people all look South American. In Shang Chi the temple has all Chinese people. As they all should be, authentic.

Then why is it in Love and Thunder you can't even tell Asgardians are based on Norse culture? The Asgardians are wildly diverse with the king being mixed race with dread-like hair, the kid who can communicate through the shadow realm is black and in past Thors Heimdall was also black. And it's not like it's just one or two characters, of all the kids there's like one or two blonde and maybe one red head, you can't tell the culture it's based on at all!

If Asgard was based on recent USA then multicultural would be accurate, but Asgard is based in old Norse mythology where most people are red headed or blonde. At best it feels hypocritical, but it feels more like a purposeful effort. So does Marvel hate Scandinavians?
