Why did the Watcher think the universe was at peace of there's infinite versions of Ultron Vision?

If the laws of the multiverse are that there can be infinite versions of a single universe, should lnt the watcher be concerned about infinite versions of the Ultron in What If?

Why is this so hard

Does anyone have a list or know a website of every released MCU or MCU related product in release order. It's surprisingly hard to find. Everything I search has "recommened watch order" or chronological watch order or it's just the movies or doesn't include things like agents of shield and the netflix shows. It's not listed in the FAQ for this subreddit. That has everything broken down by platform. I'm just looking for a single list with everything by release date.
