Who would be your ideal roster for the MCU’s first X-Men movie?
We are obviously still at least 4 or 5 years away from getting an MCU X-Men movie (though the variants from the Fox movies will probably appear in Secret Wars)
When we do finally get the MCU’s official X-Men movie, who would you like to see as the starting members? Obviously Xavier will be there as the leader, but who should make up the rest of the team?
I think the first thing should be to leave Wolverine out. The biggest problem with the Fox movies is that they always made him the main character, causing the rest of the X-Men to be overshadowed and underdeveloped. The movies felt more like “Wolverine and Friends” than X-Men. They should wait until the second or even third movie before bringing him onto the team to give everyone else a chance to shine first.
So who would be your ideal team? I think Cyclops and Jean Grey are as much of a guarantee as Professor X, but who else would you include?
