QUANTUMANIA Rewatch: Where does Janet Van Dyne get those enlarging pym particles she used to blow up Kang's engine core?

Rewatching QUANTUMANIA and just noticed this - where does Janet Van Dyne get those 4 enlarging pym particles that she uses to blow up Kang's engine core? Did she have them the whole time and if so, why wouldn't she use them to help her escape the exact same way Scott does in the first Antman movie? Haven't seen anyone else bringing this up, but seems like a pretty huge plothole imo.

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I know it’s unrealistic but I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
