Should Marvel move on from Kang?

Majors was great as Kang but he might be replaced. Kang and the related central storyline is already a mess right now. Here are some issues that I feel exist:

  1. Issue with the actor who was great in the role
  2. Oversaturation. Kang feels cheap when he is in a lot of movies. There's a reason why, even the biggest of villains, don't appear in this much media consecutively.
  3. The entire story and complexity and the fatigue of keeping up might be bad for general audience. And the box office is telling.
  4. Low stakes. In Loki, He Who Remains getting killed is understandable. He is the least villainous one and didn't fight back. But then Antman beats conquerer. The big thing about him is everytime you beat him in one movie, he will return as a variant. This only sounds good on paper.
  5. Quantumania was poorly received and also is ridden with plotholes and despite Majors making lemonade from lemons, he still feels like a "I am evil coz reasons". Doesn't do that well as a character.

This might be a reason to move away from this storyline and start fresh.
