(marvels what if? e3) what type of characters could survive what Hank pym did to hulk in marvels what if?

In marvels what if Hank pym enters banners body through a gun shot and throws a pym particle device directly at his heart causing him to grow and grow until he explodes. What type of characters e.g characters with insane durability or adaptability or regeneration or other abilities could survive this if they had to go through this?

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
