Is the Sacred Timeline a loop?

As we see in Loki Season 1, The Sacred Timeline is physically seen as a circle. Does that mean that every reality within the Sacred Timeline is in a loop? How does that work? Do they talk about it in the show?

We know the Sacred Timeline was formed of a bunch of realities with small differences to each other, and all happening at different points in time, so what happens when one of those realities hits the "end" of the Timeline?

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I know it’s unrealistic but I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. The first 2 avengers movies feel pretty different compared to a lot of the mcu

I was rewatching avengers 2012 and realized how different it feels to the rest of the mcu. It feels more comic booky and a little campy somehow? That's kind of what I really like about it though and really just find it interesting. Avengers age of ultron also has this more comic booky vibe to it. Any thoughts on this?
