How did Hank Pym know what the Tesseract is?

So in Endgame, Silly Steve prank-calls Hank Pym, tellink him about how the cube is waiting for him down there, few men got sick, etc... My question is: How did he know what was it? I know HS studied it, but did he published like an essay about it to S.H.I.E.L.D, or what happened?

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. The first 2 avengers movies feel pretty different compared to a lot of the mcu

I was rewatching avengers 2012 and realized how different it feels to the rest of the mcu. It feels more comic booky and a little campy somehow? That's kind of what I really like about it though and really just find it interesting. Avengers age of ultron also has this more comic booky vibe to it. Any thoughts on this?
