Question about the heart shaped herb ...

Why was Shuri trying to recreate the herb to save T'challa in the opening scene? He already consumed it at the end of his movie and was black panther again. Do the herbs effects wear off after a certain amount of time?

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I know it’s unrealistic but I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I think it sucks that he wont get that maybe that’s just me because sometimes I feel like Loki in the aspect of being looked down on.
