Is Red Skull in end game the same Red Skull in Infinity War?

In Infinity War, the 2018 Red Skull is freed by Thanos after the latter sacrifices Gamora. In End game, a 2014 version of Red Skull is briefly freed when Black Widow sacrificing herself, but remains trapped when Cap returned the stone. Is the 2014 Red Skull the same Red Skull as the 2018 version that was free, or was this an alternate timeline where the End game Red Skull is another version that is trapped while the Red Skull in the main timeline is free to leave Vormir? Since Cap was supposed to return the stones when they were taken, does this create a new timeline in which Red Skull is stuck on Vormir until someone else comes for the stone while the Red Skull in the main timeline is free, or is the timeline in which Thanos leaves 2014 pruned which would lead to Red Skull's eventually release in 2018?
