When does Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness take place?

I know it takes place around 2025, but when doctor strange talks to chavez, it seems that the incident with spiderman happened very recently (the last scene of no way home is a few weeks after the fight at the statue of liberty, already in December ), does that mean that doctor strange and midnight (spring 2025) occur in close dates? Or do you think there is more than three months of distance between the Multiverse of madness and no way home?

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I know it’s unrealistic but I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
