Are all ex-Fox properties now owned by Marvel?

Are all ex-Fox properties now owned by Marvel?

My question is simple, after Disney bought Fox, did all Marvel characters owned by them (X-Men, Fantastic Four, etc) get transferred to Marvel Studios' ownership? Like, if Disney somehow breaks up one day, will those characters be owned by Marvel and not Fox? I always assumed yes but I think it's now been confirmed since Deadpool 3's "logo" shows Marvel Studios' logo on top, instead of Fox's or whatever.

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. The first 2 avengers movies feel pretty different compared to a lot of the mcu

I was rewatching avengers 2012 and realized how different it feels to the rest of the mcu. It feels more comic booky and a little campy somehow? That's kind of what I really like about it though and really just find it interesting. Avengers age of ultron also has this more comic booky vibe to it. Any thoughts on this?
