Hypothesising what the 838 movies pre-multiverse of madness would be (PHASE ONE)
Just as it says on the tin, Im hypothesising here as to what the movies pre MoM would have been if we were following Earth 838 in the MCU movies as opposed to earth 199999 (yes, I agree with Iman Vellani here not Kevin Feige lol)
Also I'm doing this because I'm a nerd and i hope yall enjoy reading it.
Phase one:
Captain Carter: (MOVIE) It is World War 2 and the United Kingdom needs a super-soldier to help liberate the continent. Working alongside it's allies the United States and the Soviet Union they produce three supersoldiers, one for each nation: Steve Rogers as Captain America, Peggy Carter as Captain Carter and Alexei Stakhanov as the Red Guardian. Together they inflitrate the N*zi Reich and kill Red Skull. During this mission Captain America is killed.
POST-CREDITS: Captain Carter and Red Guardian are being assessed in a military facility and discover they have drastically slowed aging as a result of their super solider programmes.
CHARACTERS: Peggy Carter, Alexei Stakhanov, Steve Rogers, Dr Brian Xavier, Dr Abraham Erskine, Howard Stark & The Red Skull.
Mutants: (MOVIE) Time skip to 1964. Dr Brian Xavier had a son with his wife in 1946, and she passed away in birth. The now 18 year old Charles Xavier is about to head off to Oxford university. One night, touring the university with his father they are attacked, and Brian is murdered. This trauma trigger's Charles' mutation, and he sees a glimpse of the assailant's mind. He rushes home to find that his fathers papers had indeed been stolen, as he had seen in the assailant's mind. He contacts his old Friend Captain carter, and together they track down the assailant, a shape-shifter by the name of Mystique. She reveals the location of his fathers documents and joins them in an effort to recover the documents from the mastermind behind the murder of his father and the theft of his scientific papers: Baron Zemo sr. Before he dies at Mystiques hands zemo reveals that he has been corroborating his findings with Brian, and reveals that there are many more like Charles and Mystique
POST-CREDITS: Mystique and Charles recruit a mutant called Erik Lensherr to their cause.
CHARACTERS: Brian Xavier, Charles Xavier, Captain Carter, Mystique, Baron Zemo sr, Magneto.
Captain Marvel: (MOVIE) Time skip again, this time to 1984. Maria Rambeau and her friend Carol Danvers are sent on a mission to the moon to study an anomaly that NASA detected on the surface. When they arrive they find what looks like a man on the surface - no protective gear - clutching a glowing yellow stone. They take him into the ship, shocked that he is still alive and take him back to earth for examination. Once he comes round in a medical facility he introduces himself as Mar-Vell of the Kree, and he had fled through space with this stone: an infinity stone to prevent it falling into the hands of Thanos or one of his minions. Despite medical assistance Mar-Vell was too damaged to survive, and as he dies in the hospital his power moves into Maria, rendering her Captain Marvel. Maria and Carol go to hide the stone in Area 51 with the help of general 'Thunderbolt' Ross. While there they are attacked from above by Kree warlord Ronan the Accusers trying to secure the stone for Thanos. Maria defeats Ronan and the stone is securely locked away within Area 51.
POST-CREDITS: Thanos is informed by one of his minions of Ronan's failures. He is not impressed. A brief look at the gauntlet shows that he already has the space stone in his gauntlet.
CHARACTERS: Maria Rambeau, Mar-Vell, Carol Danvers, General 'Thunderbolt' Ross, Ronan the Accuser, Thanos.
Fantastic Four: (MOVIE) Now in the new millennium it is the year 2000. Reed Richards along with his wife Sue Storm are opening the Baxter building, the new centre for scientific research and future technologies. Guests at the grand opening of the Baxter Centre are Charles Xavier (now a renowned professor of genetics) Tony Stark and his nonagenarian father Howard, Johnny Storm, Ben Grimm, Emma Frost (queen of the billionaire's Hellfire club), Maria Rambeau and old university friend of Reed's: Victor Von Doom - amongst others. Reed wants to use the occasion to show the audience his new interdimensional portals. However the portal goes wrong, and acts as a vacuum, sucking Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben into it before Doom manages to close it preventing others being drawn into it. Charles Xavier and Tony Stark work with Doom to remake the portal in a stabler condition, and Maria Rambeau flies through it, into the negative zone to free the fantastic four, all of which have now been mutated and gifted with their powers due to the atmosphere in the negative zone.
POST-CREDITS: Doom begins experimenting with a combination of sorcery and technology, forging his armour and learning spellcasting.
CHARACTERS: Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, Ben Grimm, Maria Rambeu, Dr Doom, Charles Xavier, Tony Stark. Howard Stark, Emma Frost.
The Latverian war: (MOVIE) 5 years later Doom has mastered many of the mystic arts and the technological fields. Using his army of Doom-bots he conquered land in the Balkans: Latveria, for him to rule as he saw fit. But it was not enough for him. After finding the Power Stone on one of his expeditions beyond the solar system he sought to blackmail all of the earth's governments, making them bend a knee to his rule. Captain Carter calls together a coalition of heroes to fight Doom: The fantastic four, Captain Marvel, the Red Guardian, Charles Xavier and the X-men (Scott Summers, Bobby Drake, Erik Lensherr, Mystique, Jean Grey), and in order to combat Doom's mystical powers the sorcerer supreme: Simply known as the ancient one. The Heroes take the fight to Latveria where they feel heavy casualties in the fight against Doom. Bobby Drake and Alexi Stakhanov are killed by Doom bots, while Doom himself breaks Charles' back and renders all but the Ancient one and Maria Rambeau unconscious. It appears the Maria and the Ancient one are losing the fight, but the royalty of Attilan, the place from which Doom stole the powers stone join the fight. While Medusa manages to contain Doom with her hear, Blackbolt defeats him with his voice. After the fight Blackbolt agrees with Maria and 'Thundebolt Ross' to store the power stone in area 51, since the storage in Attilan was clearly unsuitable for the task.
POST-CREDITS: Tony Stark helps Charles Xavier create the iconic yellow Hover-chair.
CHARATERS: Dr Doom, Captain Carter, Red Guardian, Johnny Storm, Sue Storm, Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, Maria Rambeau, Charles Xavier, Magneto, Iceman, Mystique, Cyclops, Jean Grey, The Ancient one, Medusa, Black-Bolt, Thunderbolt Ross, Tony Stark.
