What was Chton’s goal?

He made the throne room and the book both prophecising the creation of Wanda, but why? Wanda would not have turned bad without the influence of the book he created, so without the book itself, the prophecy within the book would not become true? This would lead me to believe that he was not only predicting the future, but trying to influence it, what reason would he have for creating a throne for Wanda and wanting to leave her corrupted?

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
