Question about Ms. Marvels powers in the show

I am not to deep into the Marvel Universe. I once saw an interview with the creator of Ms. Marvel Comics. And she said, she wanted to create something not to flashy and less „lasery“. So how does that fit with show?

Why is this so hard

Does anyone have a list or know a website of every released MCU or MCU related product in release order. It's surprisingly hard to find. Everything I search has "recommened watch order" or chronological watch order or it's just the movies or doesn't include things like agents of shield and the netflix shows. It's not listed in the FAQ for this subreddit. That has everything broken down by platform. I'm just looking for a single list with everything by release date.
