Where Kang will come from in the MCU and why Earth-616 doesn't have one already

Why there's no Kang in Earth-616
I'm not sure if this has already been talked about, but Earth 616 is currently unable to produce a Kang the Conqueror. It had a Kang variant (He Who Remains or "HWR") that created the sacred timeline, and who has kept Earth 616 more or less closed off from the multiverse....but not a Kang the Conqueror. Any potential deviations from the sacred timeline were shut down by the TVA, except now there is no HWR and no TVA to stop other Kang's from taking over. Incursions were also not an issue while HWR was still alive, because the prolonged exposure to the rest of the larger multiverse (regardless of if incursions are based on cross-universal interference, or the Beyonders) was not there.

Where would Kang come from?
If a universe lacks the prerequisite Reed Richards, it cannot produce a Nathaniel Richards (Kang). There were no Reed Richards anywhere on the sacred timeline, and the only one that we've met so far came from the Earth-838 universe. Earth 838 can produce a Kang, and now the two universes are forever linked by the events of Multiverse of Madness.

How Could Earth 616 Produce a Kang?
There are a few main ways 616 could end up with a Kang:

  • Kang the Conqueror originating from another universe (such as 838) attempts to expand his domain into the Earth 616 universe that made its presence known during MoM.
    • Antman could also run into a Kang from a different universe during Quantumania, after which Kang follows him back to 616.
    • No retconning is needed because he's just from another universe.
  • Rama Tut is retconned into the story and becomes our Kang. Rama Tut's origin would still begin in a different universe, but from the perspective of Earth 616 he would have been self created.
    • This would be similar to how HWR operates, in that he requires no Reed Richards in the Earth 616 timeline because he originated from a different one.
  • Reed Richards and/or Doctor Doom are merged into the MCU through an incursion-like event.
    • This is also something that could potentially be on the table, in that the prerequisite ancestors are brought into the Earth-616 universe through some type of merger event.

Any other thoughts on how Kang could be produced in the Earth 616 universe?
