What If Inhumans was still made?

So as we all know, Inhumans was a movie that was suppose to come out in 2018 with Phase 3, and star Vin Diesel as Black Bolt, and only happened because Ike Pearlmutter basically mandated it out of spite against the Fox X-Men, to the point where there were rumors that Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch would he Retconned into Inhumans, since the Inhumans were originally conceived as the stand-ins for the Mutants and X-Men.

Thankfully, this was scrapped and Inhumans was not released, but sadly, it got turned into a crappy Mini-series instead, and I made a fake April fools review of it and passed it off as a review from an alternate reality where it did get made (which once I get the link to that, I will put it in here so you guys know what I'm talking about). But what If...the film was still made? What If instead of canceling it, despite Pearlmutter being booted off, The Inhumans Movie was still released in November of 2018 like originally planned? What would the film be like? How different would Phase 3 and the MCU as a whole be moving forward? And how would the Royal Inhuman family fit into the narrative of Endgame and Phase 3 as a whole?
