In regards to who Graham Greene could be playing in Echo
Reports suggest that actor Graham Greene will star in the Echo series and some are theorizing he'll be playing Chief, a family friend of Maya and her father in the comics.
In the comics, Chief is a spiritual leader at his reservation and helps guide Maya towards redemption by reminding her of her father's history and the stories of their culture. He also helps further inspire Maya's interest in storytelling, as in the comics, Maya has an interest in the playwriting/performing.
I think it'd be fun as not only could he have an interesting dynamic with Maya, but he could serve as a foil to Fisk.
With Chief, he can serve as a mentor/uncle figure that genuinely helps to guide Maya down a better path, someone who helps her better understand what she wants to be as well as helps her reconnect with her family and heritage.
It could be interesting if like the comics, he inspires Maya to spread her story to others, with him helping her to find a life outside of being a fighter and finding an interest in the arts.
Chief and Fisk contrast as while Chief is a spiritual man and suggested to be well-liked by others, Fisk is a hardened man whom the criminal underground fears, so the contrast can potentially add to Maya's arc as both men try to influence her.
