Could these people be worthy of Mjolnir or the supersoldier serum?

The Egyptian goddess Ammit judges whether people are good by using her powers to look into the individual's past, present and future. Assuming her divine judgement is sound and error-free, anyone she judges as good would be effectively incapable of evil their entire life.

Could the people Ammit judges as good be worthy of lifting Mjolnir? Could they be like Steve Rogers, and remain incorruptible by the supersoldier serum?

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
