Why does hawkeye get so much hate?

I know there's probably a thread about this already, but I gotta ask why does hawkeye get so much hate? I mean I get that he doesn't have powers but he was shown to be able to hold is own especially in the final battler of Endgame. plus Black widow doesn't have powers either and her gadget's are pretty much the same as hawkeyes numerous arrows, also his DC counterpart Green arrow has the same abilities and similar arrows but yet those two are praised . So why is it that hawkeye is the only avenger to get so much hate from the fan community?
