Who do you think the first villain for The Fantastic Four should be? Personally, I think Doctor Doom is too big a character to do in an origin movie.

The problem with drawing in new fans?

The main reason Marvel comic book series continually restart is to draw in new readers (no one’s going to start reading Spider-Man when the current issue is #914). Do you think the MCU will have to deal with similar problem? With the number of movies pushing 30, it is unlikely to draw in any new fans at this point. I know from first hand experience that it is difficult to convince someone to watch a movie when to fully appreciate it you need a basic knowledge of at least twelve other movies. submitted by /u/Mironet49 [link] [comments]
