[NWH] I don't get why they had May say the line when she did. The movie contradicts it imo.

"With great power there must also come great responsibility."

So we all know Spider-Man's original origin. He makes the wrong choice and ignores the mugger, who ends up killing Uncle Ben. As a result, Peter learns that he must use his powers to help whenever he can, because terrible things can happen if he doesn't.

But it's kinda backwards in NWH. Instead, Peter IS trying to use his powers to help, but then something terrible happens anyway. I feel like Aunt May dying as a result of Peter trying to do the right thing contradicts the message a bit.

She should've said it when they were still at FEAST. Thoughts?
