If Peter Parker can make a cure for the Goblin(who has a super soldier like powers), could he also make a cure for the super soldier serum?

Or could he like reverse engineer it to make the super soldier serum or the Goblin serum for himself? If he does do that will Zemo try to hunt him down?

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy.
