How flawed do you want your heroes to be?

Proper characterization is achieved mainly through believable defects and flaws in a character’s psyche. MCU has been praised widely for crafting imperfect characters that either surpass their vices or succumb to them further. With that in mind, how imperfect would you like the heroes to be? How morally ambiguous and dubious their choices should be?

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. The first 2 avengers movies feel pretty different compared to a lot of the mcu

I was rewatching avengers 2012 and realized how different it feels to the rest of the mcu. It feels more comic booky and a little campy somehow? That's kind of what I really like about it though and really just find it interesting. Avengers age of ultron also has this more comic booky vibe to it. Any thoughts on this?
