Doc Oct in No way home

So I was watching No Way Home and thought about something.

Doc Oct supposedly cannot control his tentacles bc that chip on head was destroyed causing the reverse action where the tentacles controlled him.

So in no way home, when the nano tech took control of the tentacles, why was doc Oct still insane at that point? The control over the tentacles should have silence them over Doc Oct, even though Doc cannot control them, they should have been silenced and doc should have been normal.

Bitter thoughts after Loki ending

Alright so I just finished Loki and I just…ugh idk. Yall im so sad I get that he gets his throne and he helps everyone. But I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I know it’s unrealistic but I just wanted him to have friends and be happy. I think it sucks that he wont get that maybe that’s just me because sometimes I feel like Loki in the aspect of being looked down on.
